First of all, I love that. Truly. If you want to call and talk it through, please do. Our number is 952-892-1540. I am more than happy to chat.
But if you’re not a phone person, or you just want the speed run version before committing, here you go.
Our FAQ page is solid. I’ve written entire blog posts on some of these. But in the interest of saving you time and clicks, let’s knock these out.
❓ We Don’t Have 8 People. Now What?
You’ve got options:
- Come to open play
- Pay for ghost players
- Round up a few more friends 🙂
❓ What If I Have More or Fewer People Than I Booked For?
Always book for the minimum number of people you know you’ll have.
You can add 2–3 extra people on the day of no problem.
If you show up with double what you booked for? It probably won’t be an issue… but it could be. And it will take longer to get equipment ready, which just isn’t as fun for anyone.
If you’re adding 5+ people, please text us so we can be prepared.
❓ My Booking Starts at 4:00 PM but You Close at 5:00 PM. Are You Kicking Us Out?
No.
Our posted hours indicate the latest start time, not when your reservation ends.
You’ll get your full play time.
❓ What’s the Cancellation Policy?
- More than 7 days notice: Full refund
- Less than 7 days: Store credit (never expires)
- Less than 24 hours: Deposit is forfeited
❓ What If There’s Bad Weather?
We play rain or shine.
The only thing that shuts us down is lightning on the property.
If there’s lightning:
- We pause for 30 minutes to see if it clears
- If it doesn’t, we issue rain check vouchers
❓ When Are You Open?
Seasonally:
- Late March / early April (weather dependent)
- Through mid-November
In season:
- Monday–Friday: Reservation only
- Saturday: Regular impact paintball open play
- Sunday: Airsoft open play
❓ Can I Bring My Own Food & Drinks?
Yes.
No alcohol. No glass.
Other than that, bring whatever you’d like.
We have:
- Charcoal grills (bring your own charcoal)
- Electrical outlets in the staging area
If you want us to handle food, email info@championvalleypark.com and we’ll get you set up.
❓ Are You Dog Friendly?
Yes!
Dogs are welcome as long as:
- They’re on a leash
- You pick up after them
We do have a resident dog on site most days. He’s friendly, but if your dog isn’t great with other dogs, just know yours may not be the only one around.
❓ Should I Tip My Ref?
Yes.
❓ What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards and all tap-to-pay platforms.
We are cashless.
Our refs are not 🙂
❓ What Should I Wear?
Closed-toe shoes are required.
Paint washes out, but it can get muddy. You might snag a hoodie on a tree. Don’t wear your favorite Gucci sweatshirt.
More layers = less sting
Less layers = more sweat
Pick your poison.
❓ Do I Need to Sign a Waiver?
Yes. One waiver per year.
You can sign it online before you arrive.
