At Champion Valley teams quickly learn that in order to win, you have to work and plan together. Communication, trust, strategic planning, leadership, time & resource management, flexible problem solving, and adapting to a changing battlefield are all involved in winning a Champion Valley match. Whether it’s Paintball, Axe Throwing, Archery Tag or Escape Rooms team skills take front and center.

Champion Valley team building games are arranged with great flexibility to meet your teams needs. We realize that team building begins with respect for the individual team members and their skill level, at no time will any member of your team be forced to participate above their comfort level. We ensure a FUN time is had by all while ensuring team building success.

Nothing brings people together like a little pressure and competition, and our challenge based games are excellent at creating these feelings in your group. In order to win a game, your teams must work together, communicate, and be willing to take risks, all great attributes to instill.

Private Experience

All groups over 8 participants have the option to be a private group by booking ahead & making a reservation. Meaning you will only play with the crew that you bring. Choose wisely.... you will remember this event for years to come.

Dedicated Staff

Your group will receive a dedicated staff member to ensure that your event goes off without a hitch. They will greet you when you arrive, help your group breeze through check-in & get you into the action ASAP. They are here to facilitate your groups needs from navigating the 150 acres and finding the restrooms to facilitating custom games just for your group.

Private Pavillion

Your Team Building event will receive a private pavilion that provides you with shade on the hot days and shelter on the wet ones. Your pavilion serves as your home base while you are enjoying your time at Champion Valley Park. Your pavilion comes with picnic tables, Access to outdoor grills (please provide your own charcoal) and seating for everyone in your group.

Food & Drink

Bring your own food & beverages, alcohol NOT ALLOWED. Please no glass. We have grills available onsite to use (bring your own charcoal). We have candy bars, chips & an assortment of beverages available for purchase on site.
